Tourist Visa

The Tourist Visa, also known as the L Visa, is intended for individuals who wish to visit China for leisure, sightseeing, or to spend time with friends and family. This visa typically allows a stay ranging from 30 to 90 days, depending on the applicant’s nationality and the specific entry permit issued. In some cases, it may be granted for single, double, or multiple entries within its validity period.

Applicants are generally required to provide proof of travel arrangements, such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, or an invitation letter from a host residing in China. The Tourist Visa does not permit employment or study activities, as it is strictly designed for short-term, non-commercial visits.

Business Visa

The M Visa is issued to individuals traveling to China for commercial and trade-related activities. This visa is suitable for those attending business meetings, negotiations, exhibitions, or other professional engagements. Depending on the applicant’s profile and supporting documents, the visa may be granted for single, double, or multiple entries, with each stay typically ranging from 30 to 90 days.

Applicants are generally required to provide an invitation letter from a Chinese business partner or organization, along with other supporting documents that confirm the purpose of travel. The Business Visa is strictly limited to non-employment activities and does not authorize long-term work or residence in China.
